Video Downloader downloads youtube videos but no sound.

I have used parallels toolbox for a couple of years now, lately almost every video i download from youtube has no sound. I did send a technical data mail through outlining the problem and also an example link of one of the videos that downloads without any sound. Anyone else having the same issue? and any ideas how to rectify it would be great thank you. :)

Hello CharlotteS, Locate the recording tool used in Toolbox menu, right click on it, check the input devices. If the issue still persists then
Please reproduce the issue, generate a Technical Report ID (refer to https://bit.ly/2IzS7gk for assistance) while playing the recording (very important) and reply with the report ID number. We'll then investigate.
