VIDEO DOWNLOAD IN THE WRONG LANGAUGE

Video downloader will download English videos in another language from you tube, German and I have had Italian one too. I tried another downloader and no problem, I also tried parallels on another Mac and the issue is still there.

I have replied to the email twice now, hopefully the second time the information was received correctly. I have not renewed my subscription for several reasons, cost and speed of downloads along with hit and miss customer support along with bug fixes, cost for quality is the biggest issue for me, I have been a subscriber for a few years now and there are faster and better video downloaders out there for way less cost, faster and are not fussy on which sites you download from.
