Very broken since update

The update has really causes a lot of problems for my VM.

The mouse is slow and unusable. The internal trackpad is fine but not the external mouse. Also, it's trapped in the window even with tools installed.
The resolution was messed up and frequently is mis-identified for external monitors.
Trying to close a window on some windows using the decoration (x) does not close and locks the window.

This feels like it may not have been full QAed and certainly is a regression.

I'm on the very latest update on Win 11, my laptop is an original M1 2020 MacBook Pro 13.

I have the same problem, it's infuriating.

Still, why would they check for any issues with a mouse before releasing the new version? It's not like anybody uses a mouse. It's such an uncommon thing...

I have the same issue. Filed a Support claim - 5813046 - to report that the latest update had slowed mouse tracking to a crawl for my wired Razer mouse. Outside the VM window the mouse tracked per the Mac's system settings. Weirdly, tracking for my Apple bluetooth mouse was normal in the VM. Lucky I had one handy! I've since downgraded to Version 26.5.0 and wired mouse functionality has returned to normal. The two most recent v27.x updates have failed to address this. (Don't ask me what I think of the tedious AI 'Support'...)
But wait, there's more!
There is some conflict between Parallels v26-27 and Mac OS 27, that disables output to Mac bluetooth headphones. So you can hear just fine on the Mac OS side, but the VM is silent. Again, weirdly, the VM plays fine through the monitor speakers.

I agree, testing for some pretty basic interface functionality is missing here. Hopefully the next release?
