Very bad mouse lag

I just installed Windows 10 Enterprise VM on Macbook Pro. I am experiencing terrible mouse lag. It takes few seconds for mouse to become first active. And then movement is laggy. In some cases the scrolling will not work when using track pad. I have not experienced such lag in previous Parallel builds.
 
I finally got it to behave by not using Windows 10 Enterprise install. I used Windows 10 Pro. Now I do not see any issue.
