I downloaded Riot Valorant by installing Windows with this app. But I was instructed to turn off and on my computer before running because I was done downloading it. I tried all the ways. I tried turning off and off my MacBook and turning off the Windows program, but Valorant didn't run. Is there another way? (I'm a free trial user)

I'm facing the same issue with the VALORANT game, it requires me to do the following image to restart the system. I've done all the restarts possible from both the parallels and my MacOS, even though I tried shutdown. Can you please assist me?
