Use license associated with another account

Hi,
We have one free parallels license that we bought. The person left the company and the license is free but associated to his account. How can I deactivate and use it?

I bought the parallels desktop edition but its asking for my activation key but it doesn't show me it I was hoping that can u send me my Activation Key so i can log in parallels please...
