"Use all displays in full screen" option not available for mac OS X guest?

Is it a known limitation of Parallels that one can not use mac OS X guests to display in full screen over all attached monitors? Notably the "Use all displays in full screen" option does not seem to be available for a mojave Mac OS X guest:

Setup:
  • Parallels Version 14.1.3 (45485)
  • Host + Guest OS: macOS Mojave 10.4.3
Note that in the OS X VM's config.pvs file UseAllDisplays is set to 0:
<UseAllDisplays>0</UseAllDisplays>
However changing it to 1 does not seem to make a difference.

This is caused by the macOS limitations running in virtual environment, no matter Parallels or any other. That's why the option is not included into the graphical user interface. So, answering your question, yes, this is a well-known limitation. More info regarding this:
