USB WiFi Adapter not Recognized by Parallels

I've tested in Windows and Linux virtual machines.
I plug in the USB Device --> It's recognized in OSX --> Nothing shows up in the VM's Devices > USB Menu.

Yes, "When a new external device is detected: Ask me what to do" is enabled.
The list of Permanent assignments is empty.

Parallels 18.0.2 53077
MacOS 10.16.6

What next?

1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Take screenshots of the errors.
3. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply.
