USB Serial Adapter for old vinyl cutter

I'm also having issue with the Keyspan USA-19H on an M1 Mac with Windows 11 in Parallels 18.0.3. The device is shown in the Parallels Devices-->USB but the Keyspan serial assistant doesn't find it. The driver can't be updated automatically and the one from Tripp Lite doesn't help.
