USB menu missing under "Devices" in Windows 11 ARM VM

Hi everyone,

I'm running Parallels Desktop on macOS and using a Windows 11 ARM virtual machine. Recently, the USB menu under "Devices" has completely disappeared, and I can no longer access or assign USB devices to this VM.
I also have a second Windows 11 ARM virtual machine, and the USB menu works normally there, so the issue seems to affect only one specific VM.

One more detail: USB devices are actually working correctly inside the affected VM -- Windows detects them and they function as expected. The problem is only that the USB menu under "Devices" is missing, so I cannot manually manage or switch devices between macOS and the VM.

Has anyone experienced this behavior, or is there anything else I should check to restore the USB menu?
