Upgrade problems

I made the upgrade from prev.5 version to new 5 version Upgrade was made OK but when i open WM with Windows XP and start to install the Parallels Tools (i think it was tools) i have to restart my Mac book before my install was compleated.
And now Windows is working but cant see Mac discs and doesnt work clip board Mac->Windows
I try to reinstall Parallels but Tools was not install and i cant finde where i can start Tools install manualy

Help please

If you don't see the Install Parallels Tools menu option in the Virtual Machine menu in Parallels Desktop (are you in Window mode?) then you can mount the Parallels Tools install disk manually.
