Updated to 16.1.3 (49160) - Windows can no longer access files on Mac

Bit poster
I updated to the latest parallels version and when Windows opened again, it lost all access to files stored on the Mac.
I went to Actions / Configure and then the Sharing tab.
Neither 'All disks' or 'Custom Folders' returns access to the files stored on my mac.
Can anyone advise on how to re-establish file sharing between mac and windows?
