With the last two releases (at least) of Parallels my Windows-XP client is unable to update. I also of a Windows-10 client and the Update Parallels Tools is not greyed out under "Actions". That makes no sense. So Windows-XP can't access the Mac OSX home folders, but Windows-10 can.
