Hello,
Since update Parallel Desktop to version 17.1, my professional health USB card reader (KAPELSE / VEGA) no longer works ?
An idea ?
Thanks

I have downgrade to 17.0.1 and all is ok
My card reader is made in France (Hardware manufacturer : KAPELSE, réf : TLA-V04.00-1354)

You must download 17.0.1 version and install it, the 17.1 version will be uninstall automatically
First boot of my Windows 10 make a blue screen with ''INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE'', just reboot in safe mode (F8) and next reboot will be good, reinstall Desktop Tools

done - and everything went smoothly! (as described in the instructions.)

then tested it with two of my hard drives:
- one that could also be connected under 17.1 - still works under the downgrade to 17.0.1.
- and one that no longer started under 17.1. - can now be connected again without any problems!

great - thanks for the good advice!

Installing 17.1.1 51537 has solved my problem
