Your website and customer support are absolutely terrible. I no longer wish to be your customer. Please stop trying to charge me for a subscription renewal. It’s impossible to handle this through your website or your support team; I should be able to unsubscribe in just a couple of clicks, yet instead, I’m forced to come here and write posts like this. Your user dashboard is awful.
