Universal Printing not working on Remote PC

I noticed that the Universal Printing printers (redirects) are not installed on windows 7 Pro machines.
Although the firewall is off and the 2X drivers are available on the PC. (checked with 2XInst.exe /UP and /IP)
First I thought it was only on a specific pc, but after connecting other windows 7 PC's the same issue came up.
Thing is that I need the printing option from application on the remote PC to be redirected to my client machine (via HTML5)

Any suggestions?
(running on latest version)
 
You can try Google cloud print and TS print for globally print. TS print is free for 3 months and Google cloud print is free tools.
