Uninstall Apps unreliable?

Hi, anybody noticed that the Uninstall Apps seems unreliable.
This is the impact of the offer to uninstall BetterTouchTool, a well known Touch Bar app.
Uninstalling this small app would impact many other apps.
Either this is a problem with BTT or Parallels but the impact of just pressing the button Uninstall would be very big.
