Unable to use ubuntu 16.04 with parallel pro 14

I recently brought a new mac book pro with Mojava v 10.14.2 and installed parallel 14 pro.
I tried to use a vmx of SFIT workstation (ubuntu 16.04) which mapped to two vmdx HD images but ubuntu just shut itself down once launch.
I tried re-install parallel and mount the vmx file for several time but still no good.
Any advice on how to solve this problem?
