HELP!!!! I am wanting to renew my licence but every time I try to do this, I get stalled at the select payment options step. I have to complete a 5 character code and then await an email. Except the email never arrives. I check my junk folder and sit waiting for ages. The Messenger Support page doesn't work and I refuse to use X to go to the misnamed Parallelscares page. I can't email support either so what can I do?
We're having the same problem. You'd think solving issues that prevent people from giving your company money would be high on the list of things to solve. Anyone got any ideas on how to proceed? Or how to contact the Parallels team?
HELP! I just bought an upgrade of Paralllels Toolbox. In order to activate the Paralles Desktop for Mac it has been requested the old activation code ( product key), but unfortunately, I don't recall it. How could I solve this obstacle? Any suggestions will be very appreciated.
