Unable to register license

I cannot register my copy of Parallels. When I try to login it tells me to check my internet connection. If I try to put the license key in it will tell me that it is unable to establish a secure connection to the parallels server.

I have tried different wifi connections and still not able to register.

Ich habe leider das selbe Problem, habe versucht Parallels 11 auf macOS 10.10,10.11....10.14 zu installieren aber ich scheitere auch immer an der Anmeldung wegen fehlenden Internet gab es bei ihnen oder bei jemand anderen eine Lösung
