    Dear Parallels Support Team,
    I am unable to reactivate my Parallels Desktop 18 perpetual upgrade license after reinstalling macOS on the same Mac.
    When I enter my Parallels Desktop 18 activation key, I am prompted to provide the activation key for a previous version. However, after entering my original previous-version key, I receive the following error message:
    "The previous activation key has not been accepted by the license server."
    Both keys were previously used successfully as part of the same upgrade path before I reinstalled macOS. I am not attempting to use the license on multiple Macs.
    Could you please:
    Verify whether the two license keys have a valid upgrade relationship;
    Check whether the previous installation is still occupying the activation;
    Reset or restore the activation eligibility if necessary; and
    Advise me on how to reactivate Parallels Desktop 18 on this Mac.
    My details are as follows:
    Current product: Parallels Desktop 18
    License type: Perpetual upgrade license
    Mac model: Apple M1 Pro
    order number: 402360299 / 334401216
    For security reasons, I have not included the complete activation keys in this email, but I can provide them through a secure support channel if required.
    Thank you for your assistance.
    Best regards

    hello? No one has checked it for such a long time? This is extremely inefficient. How can we trust this company?
