Unable to launch iTunes for Windows after upgrading from Parallels Desktop 19 to Parallels Desktop 2

Hello everyone,

I have just upgraded from Parallels Desktop 19 to Parallels Desktop 20 on my Mac Mini M1, where I run a virtual Windows 11 environment. Since the upgrade to Parallels Desktop 20, I am unable to launch the iTunes software for Windows. I have installed and reinstalled it, but this hasn't resolved the issue.
What solution can help me get iTunes for Windows working again, as it was functioning perfectly before the upgrade to Parallels Desktop 20?

I have just installed Parallels Desktop 20 on my Mac book Pro 2018 version.
I run a virtual Windows 11 environment.
I am unable to launch the iTunes software for Windows.
It is the same for me.
