I have a mid-2014 MacBook Pro running macOS 10.15. I downloaded Parallels Desktop 20 from the official website, but during installation, the installer icon shows a gray prohibited symbol, and I cannot install it.
Is this because my macOS version is too old or because my Mac’s hardware is incompatible?
