For software development I sometimes need to develop software older MacOS (or even OSX) versions, like 10.12 for example.
Recently I learned to brute way that this is nor possible as such. Similar for older versions of Windows 7 and 10.
It seems that Dekstop 20 does not accepted to start or work with older PVMs I used in Desktop 19 on my MBP x86. While the stupid thing is that Windows 11 (ARM) can deal with older x86 software. So some conversion would be expected and appreciated.
Can anyone share a light on why not or how to overcome this ?
