Unable to init SSL Context

I'm not sure that this is the forum for my question :rolleyes:

Problem: Starting ELSTER Update (Safari) there occurs the following message:
"Die Verbindung zum Update-Server konnte nicht aufgebaut werden.
Ursache: Unable to init SSL Context: Eine Installation oder Aktualisierung ist unter diesen Umständen nicht möglich."

System: iMac, OS 10.11.6, Parallels 11.2.2

How to solve this problem?
