Unable to Download Update

Been trying for 12 hours to download latest update but keep getting message;

Unable to download the ParallelsDesktop-10.2.0-28956.dmg file.
Please check your network connection and try again. If the problem persists, please contact the Parallels support team for assistance.

My network connection is fine !
