Unable to connect on Windows 10

Hi ,
I downloaded PD 13 on my macbook pro Retina running on MAC OS SIERRA 10.12.6 on trial version.
Than I downloaded Windows 10 from PD13 but when I try to connect on Windows 10 it says that my administrator account is disabled and I should contact my system administrator .
I tried to change password in cmd mode following instructions but it still getting disabled
Any people have a solution for it I want to buy software after but I must first of all confirm that it can work perfectly !
