Unable to complete Start Up after updating to Parallels 27

Since updating to Parallels 27 on Mac OS 27.0.1 running on an iMac M1, Parallels does not complete Start up and I am unable to access Windows 11.

I have downloaded and installed Parallels 27.0.2 (58673) but it still doesn't work. Could Parallels Support please contact me to help?
