Unable to "Check for Updates"

Clicked on the "Check for Updates in Parallels and it returns a "Cannot check for updates" Error
Hi, I'm Shekunj can anyone help me with it ? I'm new to parallels forum and I don't know how to use it and after reading this update thing I don't know where to update it and what does the update brings new? Can anyone help me with it?

Just as a suggestion - if there are issues on your side it would be nice if the support representatives would be also be informed - because it would save time both for us the customers, and for the support reps themselves. I tried to contact support for the exact same issue over the weekend and the support rep didn't seem to be aware that this was an issue on Parallels' side and wanted to do a remote session to further diagnose the situation.

who will let me know that how to use this?

I have this same issue also, usually it goes away if I turn the VPN off. Tried using split tunneling but that did not help. Is there a specific https that should be populated in a VPN to bypass in order to keep this from happening?
