Unable to activate Parallels 14 on MacOS Mojave 10.14

I have a subscription key and I also have the .dmg file (NFR copy Parallels Desktop 14 for Mac) that was sent to me as a link from Parallels. Upon installing it, there was no prompt to enter the activation key. I've tried searching for some forums with no help. Upon successful installation, it says quit or renew, and clicking renew takes me to a page where it asks for CC info. Can you help?
