Unable to access information to deactivate "auto-renew"

    Please deactivate "auto-renew" in my account. I have attempted to follow the instructions in "support" and cannot access the information it refers to.

    Thank you for reaching out.
    Checking your account with email address jud*****sh@g****.com , we can find only a permanent license for Parallels Desktop 13.
    To assist you with your request, please provide the reference number of the subscription you wish to cancel.

    Alternatively, to turn off the auto-renewal for your subscription, please follow the steps below:
    1. Log into your Parallels account here https://my.parallels.com/login
    2. Click on Dashboard.
    3. Under the Product "Parallels Desktop for Mac", click on "Active subscriptions and permanent licenses".
    4. Click on the Subscription.
    5. Click on "Manage Subscription".
    6. On the authentication page, click on "Cancel Subscription".

    If you require further assistance in turning off the auto-renewal, please feel free to create a new ticket:
    1. Sign in to your Parallels account using the link: https://my.myparallels.com/login
    Make sure your Parallels Desktop license is registered.
    2. Go to the Support page. ( https://my.parallels.com/support/ )
    3. Select your product and the category of your question.
    Enter a short issue description or key words into the search box.
    4. If you don't find the solution you are looking for, click "Request Support" and proceed to the Support contact options.
