UDP connection from an app on Win11 to an app on Mac M2

Apologies in advance if the question is going to sound silly. What I have is Win11 ARM on Parallels Pro running on Mac M2. Is it possible for the application running on Parallels in Windows to connect to the application running native on my M2 via UDP? The flow would be to start the application on the Mac, switch to Paralles and start the other application in Windows. Would the Windows application be able to connect to the running application on the Mac?
