Two toolbox licenses, how to combine time?

Hello!

I recently purchased an upgrade to PD and received a toolbox license. I already had Toolbox with another 3 months remaining on the old license. I entered the new key, thinking that the time remaining will just be extended, but instead I now have the old license with 3 months remaining and a new one with 12 months remaining, instead of combined 15 months remaining.
How can I fix this?

Hello Viacheslav,
Unfortunately, this is a current limitation of how our licenses work by default. I've extended the old Toolbox subscription 6X45NM-***-NT3P26, and it's active up to 2023-08-27 as of now. The new Toolbox license has been disabled as a result.

my Problem is the same. Could you help me as well?

How can I fix this?
