Trying to cancel Parallels account/subscription

Hi there,

My Parallels subscription for Mac has ended and I am trying to cancel the auto-renew - because the subscription is not active it will not let me select 'cancel subscription.' Could someone from the Parallels team (@Maria@Parallels ) cancel my subscription for [email protected]?

We've checked your account and found 1 disabled subscription with turned-off auto-renewal.
If you still have an issue or autorenewable subscription in another account please let us know.
