Trouble Installing Patch from Norton Security. Need to close prl_cc.exe

I am using Norton Security 2015 to protect a number of devices.

On the Windows 8 VM (Parallels Desktop 10), I can download Norton Security updates, but cannot install a patch.

Norton prompts me to close prl_cc.exe

Is there a way to do that and still have Windows running, so that Norton can install the patch?

Well, you can always kill the process in the task manager, shouldn't create any problems, I believe. Another, cleaner way, but requires more work, would be to uninstall Parallels Tools via Add/Remove... Then patch Norton and then reinstall the tools again.
