Transport Agent cannot transfer W2k

I did lots of attempts to transfer on external drive my W2k SP4.
"chkdsk" does not find any error in the disk but Tranport Agent (version for Parallels 12, installed on the PC), suggest to use it in order to resolve the problem.
I run "chkdsk" in safe mode.
I don't know what else to do.
Any help would be great.

Please share with us step-by-step instructions how to reproduce the issue.

This is what I did today:

• launch again CHKDSK while rebooting in Safe Mode:
  • no error found
• launch Parallels Transport Agent, wait for its scan
  • result: "This PC cannot be transferred: ... please run chkdsk /F and try again ..."
