Toolbox's Screenshot Page isn't working as expected on MacOS Safari

Toolbox's Screenshot Page does not take a screen shot of the full page, only the visible part of it.
This renders a bit useless. (pun intended) I have tried to PDF and to PNG, both to no avail.
