I just purchased Parallels 15 and installed it in my MacBook machine running recent macOS version Catalina and it's working fine. I'm trying to discover all the features but when I'm clicking on toolbox app icon its not opening and no action happening.

Try do the next:
- Open Activity Monitor application, find Parallels Toolbox application and stop it
- Launch Parallels Toolbox again using Spotlight or directly from /Applications folder

1. On Mac menu bar find Parallels logo > choose Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools.
2. Parallels Tools will start updating, when finished, click Restart to reboot the virtual machine and complete the installation.
