Toolbox Windows Not Appearing on Icon Click

Parallels Toolbox runs OK but only when started/opened from the applications folder.
Toolbox windows does not appear when click in top toolbar icon on MacOS Catalina.
I have uninstalled and re-installed etc... but does not solve issue.

this issue should be fixed in latest version of Parallels Toolbox (3.8.0-2857).
Please launch Parallels Toolbox from Applications folder, send technical report (https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107) and post it's ID here.

Hello,

we're continue working on this issue but there is workaround:
- Open System Preferences application -> Users & Group -> Login Items tab
- Uncheck 'Hide' checkbox for Parallels Toolbox, see the picture below.
After this you can open Parallels Toolbox normally even after restart macOS.
