i get this message "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again." when i put the key in my new mac, please note that i tried fine purchase and i got this "To ensure your data security, further instructions have been sent to the email [email protected].... Tip: if you cannot find the message from Parallels, check the junk folder."

this email above is not mine, and i have the email which i got the product key on
