Hello, My reference number is 485703283. I have not been able to link my license key to my account. It appears that the key is currently linked to another account, even though I am the only one managing it. Because of this, I can use the product, but I am unable to manage my subscriptions. I need the license key to be linked to my account -- could you please fix this? Thank you, Best regards

I found out that This license key is indeed registered to parallels account to the user, however, it is expired since June 29, 2025 - Due to previous order payment declined by card issuer. So now im trying to find out how i can get this taken care of as my card had expired and i didn't get them the new card number. i have sent emails to support team for this issue and they have not gotten back to me. The license key ending TTKVTK is associated with the email [email protected]

Hello my reference number is 493865397 Like the previous issues, I have also not been able to link my account in the web based sign in yet I have signed in, on the downloaded application on my computer. Upon trying to register my account in the web based platform it displays the following "This license key is already registered in a different account." yet I have used the same email for both my sign in(s). Please advise and fix this conflict as though I'm able to use the application I'm also unable to manage my subscriptions. Thank you. Warm Regards.
I have the same issue and I'm not sure which email address that was used. When trying to request a password reset email on the website, no email is being received. @Ashley Chumun can you please assist with this ?
Same issue. I experimented this problem few months ago. My company renew the license for one more year, but the issue persists. No one from Parallels to solve this?
I do have the same issue, the original email was switched to another account and now the license is not showing up ! And no way to get support.
