    Hi, I'm having the same issue. Unable to deactivate Parallel 16 license account from old Mac. Don't have it. Have legit key for Parallels 16. I need help to deactivate it to install on new MacBook. Thanks.
    I wish this option was available in the online account. It should not be this complicated. Many softwares do this transfer online with a single click. Parallels can do better!

    Please help!
