This key cannot be used to activate Parallels Desktop

Hi guys

I purchased Parallels Desktop a while back, and am trying to activate a new install.
My licenses are listed as 'legacy licenses', and now this is the error I get when trying to activate.
I have followed the link and instructions and nothing seems to work. I've gone to the downloads for Parallels Desktop Business Edition (don't think that was the edition I purchased btw.) and after every install I get this error when trying to activate.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
