I used to subscribe v18 for a year and then upgraded to a permanent key of v18.
It worked on my old Macbook very well and now I've got a new Mac. I've deactivated the key usage on my old MacBook. However, when I activate V18 using my permanent key, it says I also need to put in my previous activation key. I typed in the previous one-year subscription key but it can't work. How do I resolve this?

您可以再次使用它来激活您的 Parallels Desktop 17 升级许可证。
