I had previously purchased a Parallels Desktop 17 license for Mac Standard Edition, which I used on an old Macbook Air 2020 computer. However, when activating the license, I get the following error Parallels Desktop 17 for Mac Standard Edition on a new MacBook Pro 2022 device. However, when activating the license, I get this error. "The operation failed. The license server rejects it."

I tried to reauthorize in the program, but it doesn't help.
I also tried reinstalling the program, but it also did not bring results.

I have the same problem. After a RAM failure/replacement I tried to use my parallels desktop 12 for Mac on my old Mac but it asks for activation. When I try to activate it says "Unable to perform the operation. The license server rejects it." I have a permanent license and used it till now without any issue.
 
hab mir gestern im Geschäft Parallels Desktop 18 gekauft, wollte es aktivieren wie es in der Schachtel beschrieben war. Angeblich wurde
der 16 stellige Aktivierungscode schon benutzt. Schachtel war aber verschlossen und verschweisst! kann mir jemand helfen? War auch schon im Geschäft, keine Chance zur Rückgabe.

Hello friends, I recently purchased Parallels Desktop for Mac Standard (1 Year) approximately 72 hours ago. Since the subscription, I have been attempting to activate my license in the desktop version, but I am encountering the following error message, and it is not working:

"Unable to perform the operation.
The license server rejects it."

I require your support in resolving this issue to activate my license on my MacBook Pro.

I have problem with License Activation on new MacBook (intel).
I restored my data, Parallels 16, I have a permanent key but I see message "The license server rejects it."

tengo el mismo problema mi MAC lleva 7 años con el desktop lite nunca me habia pedido ingresar
hoy al prender el conmputador me pidio activar kla cuenta y cuando doy restaurar me dice que la actualizaciond e la licencia es rechazada

en el destok esta mi programa de historias clinicas que es de para windows y solo funciona en el desktop lite

me pueden aydar para que no rechace la apertura de l programa

Hello. I am trying to activate my Parallels Desktop license on a new Mac. I don't have access to my old Mac anymore as it was many years ago. Could you please reset/release my license key activations? Thank you.
