The license signature cannot be verified

Thank you for your feedback.

We can see that the license is already activated on a machine with macOS 13.4(22F66) and the last contact with our servers was on 2024-04-17 12:15.

So, can you please confirm if the issue is now resolved?

Hello, the issue is not resolved. When I try to click "activate", the error is already displayed.
I`ve installed parallel 17 and I try to activate my Permanent License.
