The license server rejects my Parallels Desktop 17 license.

Hello.
I have upgraded my Mac and now I can't activate my Parallels Desktop 17 license. It rejects by the server.
Any idea to fix it?

I was forced to reinstall Parallels Desktop 17, and now I cannot activate the Parallels Desktop 17 license. It is rejected by the server. Please help me with activation.
