I have an email saying that my auto renew is on. I click on the link to manage subscriptions and it doesnt work. I log into my account and it says i need to enter a licence key. I dont know what my licence key is as it was set up 6 years ago. I cant find anywhere to talk to anyone from support. Is parallels really this bad for support !
