Swapped Ctrl+Cmd on mac to use a PC keyboard. How do I unswap them for the VM?

As the title said.
I'm using a PC keyboard so Ctrl + Winkey are switched. (Prefs -> Keyboard -> Keyboard -> Modifier keys)

They read: Ctrl, Winkey, Alt
They work: Apple, Ctrl, Alt
(perfect)

I don't want this for the VM

They should read: Ctrl, Winkey, Alt
They whould work: Ctrl, Winkey, Alt

In the VM, the Ctrl key on my kebyoard opens the start menu.
(not good)

E.g. i just want to swap Ctrl + Winkey
Not a crazy ask since if I was using a mac keyboard this would have to be handled anyway.
Just a driver level swap as far as the VM's concerned.

Setting up a million individual shortcuts isn't an acceptable option, nor trying to work out which shortcuts are automatically translated and what aren't.
Way too much info, very frustrating, and there's an annoying number of menus scattered throught.
(E.g. having to r.click the parallels dock icon and find preferences via there. Not cool. )

So, can I swap *just* `ctrl + win` or `ctrl + apple` on the VM?

Just realised that Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V works but so do Win+C/Win+V to copy and paste
Ewww. No, don't do this. That's gross.
Lulls you into a false sense of familliarity, then you hit Gtrl+G to to somewhere, but its actually that bloody Win+G game bar!
