Suddenly no more Coherence

Last night I shutdown my system (Apple-Shutdown) which also closes all running appa (like Parallels which was in coherence mode like always).

Each morning I turn my system on and all appears like it should.

But not today. Parallels opened (the VM is in login items) in Windows mode and refuses to go into coherence.

What to do?
 
If you run the latest localized version, you should install the ENGLISH Parallel Tools. There is e.g. a bug in the German build 3186 which prevents coherence generally. Only installing the english Parallels Tools can bring it back again.
